IM=X Fundamentals
This class is the INTRODUCTORY version of our Basic Xercizer class designed for new clients which focuses on technique (which should always be reviewed by even the most seasoned participants). Get the benefits of working on the pilates machine! Build definition with isometric muscle contractions as learned with the IMX stabilization.

IM=X Basic Xercizer
Tone and stretch every muscle group and raise your heart rate -- all in one session. Your trainer will guide you through eight IM=X sequences which start with hips and legs, progress to the abs and back, move on to shoulders and arms, rest for some stretches and finish with more hips, butt, and abs. This is a total body workout!
IM=X Upper Body Xercizer
Target your abs, back, shoulders, chest, biceps, and triceps with a series of routines on our patented pilates reformer that challenge upper body strength and endurance. This format is for intermediate and advanced students. Some routines include free weights and the IMX floor program.
IM=X Lower Body Xercizer
Target your hips, abs and legs. Using pelvic stabilization moves to improve your hip range of motion and overall muscles tone. Clients report losing inches from this intense workout that repeatedly targets the pelvic floor, hip flexors/extensors, abdominal wall, erector spinae, gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps and adductors.
IM=X Cycle and Pilates
Rev up your aerobic and metabolic systems with a structured indoor
cycling workout designed to burn calories. Follow your cardiovascular
training with some toning and stretching using the IMX Ring and
Body Bar.
IM=X Xercizer Cardio
What every cardio program is missing is core strength. Find the answer with this class! With the combination of IM=X Pilates and aerobic training on the Xercizer, this format is a great way to achieve fast results!
IM=X Stretch
Improve muscle flexibility and range of motion as well as tone your whole body with a workout that repeatedly stretches the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and low back. Guaranteed to increase mobility to help you feel loose and relaxed.
IM=X Interval Training
For the Advanced student.
Machine and floor sequences are taught in multiples of sets to strengthen, tone and burn calories.
IM=X Hybrids
We know that the IM=X Floor, Cardio and Xercizer programs challenge the body in different ways so we put them together to give you the best of everything.
IM=X Floor Motion (30/60 minutes)
Floor movements using light weights and raising HR. Best for advanced students.
IM=X Yoga
A powerful blend of stabilization, balance, flexibility, muscle
endurance and mind-body relaxation techniques. We recommend this
total body workout to tone, increase mobility and refresh your mind.
